4 of the consultancies that I helped build were sold or IPO’d for valuations ranging from $42 mil to $330 mil. All of these companies won a series of awards recognizing their growth, partnerships and employee experience.Â
Behind the scenes of those success stories, we overcame a lot of challenges. Some generous mentors helped me through these adventures and challenged me to do better.
